Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transcendence Counseling Solutions, you will engage in various critical activities, including: Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trust while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries. Conducting regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, monitor stability, schedule follow-ups, and plan for discharge when appropriate. Designing, implementing, and overseeing personalized treatment plans centered on clients' unique needs and goals. Documenting client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and continuity of care. Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify client challenges and treatment needs effectively. Facilitating individual therapy sessions, demonstrating an ability to adapt to the therapeutic needs of each client. Engaging in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and promote positive patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily centers on providing therapeutic services to youth and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your expertise will play an essential role in guiding clients through their journeys toward emotional wellness and stability. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field. Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Ability to meet the credentialing requirements for the relevant clinical settings we operate within. A minimum of one year of experience in psychiatric and/or substance abuse treatment settings. Preferred Experience We prefer candidates who have experience in performing assessments and diagnoses and providing individual and group therapy. Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous in managing client documentation and treatment plans efficiently. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
