Work Environment This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to live and work from anywhere while staying connected with our vibrant team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our therapists typically work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility accommodating client needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs, employing evidence-based practices such as solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective intervention strategies tailored to each client's circumstances. Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and maximizing the integrity of client information. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care. Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and peer review sessions to continuously improve service delivery and professional practices. Assist clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions and available treatment options, providing educational resources and community referrals. Stay informed about current research, trends, and advancements within the mental health sector to enhance your therapeutic approach. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado. Proficiency in applying solution-based psychotherapy techniques and tailoring therapeutic approaches to align with clients' unique needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex clinical situations effectively.
