Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through our secure virtual platforms, customizing approaches to meet each client's unique needs and preferences. Work closely with clients to set and adjust therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and guidance as they navigate their mental health journey. Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities blended with current best practices to meet varying client needs. Maintain thorough and organized documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Patient Population / Client Focus You will serve a diverse population, including adults and adolescents dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Your ability to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance and provide empathy and understanding will be instrumental in helping clients overcome their challenges and achieve their mental health goals. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a doctoral level psychologist (PsyD). A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection remotely. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients’ experiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills that allow you to effectively manage therapy sessions and related documentation in a remote environment. Preferred Experience Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering remote counseling services. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques specific to mental health treatment. Experience in working with diverse populations, adapting approaches to fit individual client demographics and backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 105,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our network.
