Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Must hold a full, unrestricted license from the State Board that enables you to provide therapy without supervision, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals in their mental health journey. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in remote or community health clinics is preferred. Comfort with technology and proficiency in using digital tools to facilitate therapy sessions and manage clinical documentation. Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in delivering care. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
