You'll play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and creating qualified sales opportunities that fuel business growth. What You'll Do: As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner closely with sales teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers while building a strong pipeline of future business opportunities. A typical day may include: Prospecting and engaging potential customers through multiple outreach channels. Identifying customer needs and uncovering new business opportunities. Building relationships with prospective customers and positioning X-Rite's software, service, and product solutions. Qualifying leads and delivering high-quality opportunities to sales teams. Maintaining accurate prospect information and activity within Salesforce. Collaborating closely with sales and commercial teams to support customer acquisition efforts. Helping develop creative outreach strategies, messaging, and lead-generation campaigns. Expanding your knowledge of X-Rite's innovative color measurement and management solutions. Achieving individual lead generation and pipeline contribution goals. What We're Looking For: 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, admissions, recruiting, account management, or another customer-facing environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $20 - $21 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
