Key Responsibilities: The Order Coordinator I is an entry-level position responsible for the accurate entry and processing of service orders. This role supports order fulfillment by reviewing documentation, entering data into internal systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. The Order Coordinator I learns the foundational processes, tools, and service types required in a fast-paced telecom environment. Note - (Remote with traveling to Sioux City, Iowa, a few times each month) Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills : Order processing, Data entry and Customer Service High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in business, telecommunications, or related field preferred. Relevant experience (data entry, order processing, customer service, or telecom-related work) preferred. Basic knowledge of telecommunications terminology (e.g., circuits, bandwidth, service IDs) preferred. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment. Must live in footprint of Charlotte, NC or Columbia, SC. position will be hybrid.
