Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: Analyze data to identify trends, drivers, and actionable insights Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes Perform P&L variance analysis and provide clear recommendations Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards Translate business questions into structured analysis and deliverables Clearly advise stakeholders on recommended actions based on data insights Communicate insights through clear, audience-appropriate presentations Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business strategy Manage priorities and deliver timely, high-quality work Proactively pursue opportunities to improve efficiencies through improved workflows, automation, or AI functionality Requirements Finance Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in prior strategic FP&A roles (doing things like headcount forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, financial reporting, data analytics, etc.) Technical Skills: Experience with AI/ML & LLM applications, SQL, PowerBI/Data visualization and Excel. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of how business functions, segments, and decisions interact and influence outcomes across the organization Executive Presence: You bring confidence, understanding, and empathy to cross-functional partnerships and are comfortable working directly with leadership teams.
