• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a long-term care setting or related field
