What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care for high-acuity patients in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Work in a state-of-the-art, newly renovated hospital environment
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care within a community-focused health system

What You Need:

• Georgia RN license and APRN certification in Neonatal NP
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal intensive care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support patient families
