Warehouse Assistant Manager

Position Overview: Twin River Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing warehouse activities, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Oversee forklift operation and ensure team members are properly trained and certified.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective workflow.
• Maintain accurate records using warehouse management software and assist with data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification or relevant experience in operating forklifts.
• Leadership experience with at least 2 years of managing or leading teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is an absolute must .
• Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems or similar software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range : $50,000 ‒ $60,000 Annual
