Company Overview
We are a leading recruitment firm hiring on behalf of a well-known distributor of laboratory
equipment, glassware, and chemical reagents. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Assistant to join the team. This role focuses on keeping inventory accurate,
maintaining excellent product cleanliness, and supporting smooth supply chain operations to
deliver great service to our customers.
Job Objective
To ensure materials are received and supplied accurately and on time, while keeping products
in excellent condition and properly organized in the warehouse to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
● Quality Inspection: Check all incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they are in
good condition.
● Order Fulfillment: Help pick and prepare materials using the FEFO (First Expired, First
Out) system to meet our service targets.
● Supplier & Shipment Handling: Welcome external suppliers and fully manage and
document incoming shipments from the Distribution Center (CEDIS) within the required
timeframes.
● Inventory & Organization: Sort, record, and place received materials in their correct
locations according to the warehouse layout.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely each day and week with teams such as
Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Inventory on orders, returns, cancellations, and material
reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Experience: Entry-level position. No prior experience required — full training will be
provided.
Technical Knowledge
● Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
● Basic familiarity with laboratory equipment, glassware, and chemical reagents.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
