Legal Contracts, Diligence and Redlines Evaluator

Role Overview
Assess AI-generated legal work products across contracts, diligence, and redlines, applying subject-matter expertise to evaluate accuracy, rigor, and overall domain quality. Review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against defined quality rubrics and deliver actionable written assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using legal domain-specific quality standards.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation issues in submitted work products.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to support quality improvement.
- Apply deep expertise in legal contracts, diligence, and redlines when grading outputs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in legal contracts, diligence, and redlines.
- Native or professional English fluency.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- An advanced degree, Master''s or higher, from a reputable institution is preferred.

- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
