2. Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations

6. Use CRM systems to manage lead generation and client communication

1. Active Real Estate License (DE, MD, PA, and/or NJ required)

3. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and follow-up
4. Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and transaction workflows
5. Self-driven with a focus on lead conversion and closing

1. Commission-Based Real Estate Role
2. Expected Earnings: $60,000 – $200,000+ annually
3. Bonus opportunities based on performance
