CRIMINAL CONFLICT AND CIVIL REGIONAL COUNSEL, 1ST REGION- ASSISTANT REGIONAL COUNSEL - 21015089 Location: Pensacola, FL Responsibilities Represent clients in criminal and civil court hearings, including jury trials, non‑jury trials, and motion practice. Conduct client interviews, witness interviews, and preparation for trial. Research and draft legal documents and filings, and provide ongoing assessment of case merits. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience, preferably in criminal defense and/or civil dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Good standing membership with The Florida Bar. Ability to manage multiple dockets in both criminal and civil indigent defense. This is a full‑time State of Florida position with statutory benefits.
