We are one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the country. And for the first time ever, we’re launching an in-person retail experience. Our second location will be in Denver International Airport.

• Bring the Party to the People: While your home base is DIA, you’ll occasionally hit the road to represent Shinesty at local retail events, festivals, and pop-up booths. You’ll be the face of the brand in the wild, bringing our signature energy to crowds across the region.
• Engage customers with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the material/product including key feature details and care instructions.
• Engage in suggestive selling and gentle upsell techniques as well as active listening when working alongside customers.
• Assess the customer needs to provide customized, effective purchase, return and exchange support.
• Consistently “Pleasure the Customer.” This is a Shinesty core value—for customers, keep it simple and always make it right to the best of our ability.
• Replenish the sales floor as needed and refill inventory. Communicate inventory needs to management accordingly.
• Maintain a clean store. This includes opening, midday, and closing responsibilities to stay in alignment with brand visual standards.

Requirements

• Be a joyful person! You don’t have to be a comedian, but our brand is fun and we need our retail team to represent that.
• Event-Ready: Willingness to work a flexible, as-needed schedule for off-site events and festivals in addition to your regular DIA shifts.
• Enjoy talking to and connecting with customers. Swap names, learn a fun fact, and personalize their experience.
• An affinity for the Shinesty brand and products.
• Proven record of sales success and a general understanding of sales dashboards/store goals.
• Flexibility and willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
• Enthusiasm for telling customers about the world’s greatest underwear.
• Innovative in problem-solving and always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience.

• Positive attitude towards both customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand or move around for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation: You must have a way to get yourself to DIA and various local event locations (teleportation is also acceptable if you’ve mastered it).

• Experience selling underwear or socks.
• Apparel or accessory sales/buying experience.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Shopify POS platform.
