National Service Manager

Develop and enforce company/client standards and expectations. Serve as the primary contact for Supervisors and Trainers. Ensure up-to-date and effective training materials to facilitate proper equipment maintenance, start-up, and operation for customer satisfaction. Conduct performance appraisals and reviews. Optimize service schedules and routes. Promptly and professionally address client inquiries. Provide client feedback to the company for continuous improvement. Oversee OSHA requirements and compliance. Job Requirements Proficiency in ICE Machine and commercial HVAC systems. Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and assignments. At least two years of HVAC/R service technician experience (preferred). Minimum two years of office and management experience. Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and conflict management skills. Basic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation. Post‑high school education from college, trade school, or the military. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background. Flexibility to work non-standard schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to represent the company at conferences and industry trade shows, when necessary. Location & Schedule This position operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with availability required for nights and weekends as needed.
