Essential Functions Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly goals Find and qualify new business opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails Conducts sales calls and initiates customer contact to execute service center sales action plan Qualifying, following up and tracking sales leads Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Understand a prospective customer’s needs and requirements to ensure a great customer experience Collaborate with national and local account teams to develop and track promotional programs Work with the accessory team to develop local accessory and flat glass promotions Develop and maintain positive customer relations and a constructive local work environment Demonstrate and support a continuous improvement and growth mindset Assist in maintenance of customer accounts, account setup, and development of customer profiles Complete reports as needed and requested by management Collaborate with credit department in timely collection of receivables, reconciliation of customer statements, CDA’s, deductions, etc. Comply with all J SOX requirements Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles Qualifications Qualifications Required Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functional teams to enable higher performance Ability to work independently and highly efficient at multi-tasking Strong phone presence and experience with high call volumes Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented Professional and friendly demeanor Entrepreneurial skills and style High school diploma or GED A minimum of 1 year previous inside sales and/or customer service experience Qualifications Desired SAP working knowledge Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM Bilingual Spanish/English a plus but not required Home every evening Medical, Dental, Vision – first of the month following two full months of employment 401(k) retirement savings contribution plan 90 days after hire date 401(k) 2% GUARANTEED Employee Assistance Plan at no additional cost Educational Assistance Work Boot Program Prescription Safety Glasses Program Company Paid Holidays – NINE (9 HOLIDAYS) Paid Vacation Life Insurance at no additional cost We require a pre-employment criminal background check, and drug screen/physical.
