Program Manager III

We’re on the lookout for a well-experienced Program Manager to lead project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and data insights. You’ll analyze large datasets, build models, identify trends, and create visual reports to support our Sales team. This role requires working cross-functionally to solve business challenges through data-driven solutions and gaining alignment on key initiatives. Roles And Responsibilities Manage stakeholders and oversee specific projects from start to finish. Research, assimilate, and share insights on the industry, competitive landscape, and the business. Identify, track, and model data around key business drivers. Forecast analysis of inventory, revenue, store-level performance, and the ROI impact of commercial incentives for the partners. Solve complex challenges related to the product, performance, and scale. Create compelling visual representations of data and automate reports to enhance consumption and usage of data. Package analysis and insights into well-structured PowerPoint presentations or documents. Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams and suggest detailed execution plans. Qualification & Experience Grad/Post-Grad in a quantitative discipline. 4-5 years of experience in program management and sales operations at a large tech company. 4-5 years of experience as a strategy or management consultant at a large consulting firm. Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Google Suite, and Salesforce reporting. Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills are a must. General knowledge of Finance is a plus. Experience with Tableau/Unidash and/or knowledge of R/Python would be a plus. Basic knowledge of retail space would be a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
