We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! In this important role, you'll be responsible for smooth and efficient communication with our customers, clients, and sales executives in handling all daily requests, special orders, repairs, and product information.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer service calls, emails, and text messages
  • Provide collectors, potential customers, and sales executives of retail stores with product information.
  • Fulfill all inquiries with accurate information related to Special Orders, Repairs, Show dates, Retailer info, Certificates, Merchandise info, Trade-In Returns
  • Research availability of inventory and matching items
• Respond to email inquiries from customers' corporate offices relating to merchandise status and pricing requests.
• Respond to Customer Service inquiries on social media and via text message

 

Minimum Qualifications

• A college degree is a plus
• 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment handling specialty items
• Proficiency with common business software such as MS Office, Google Workspace
• Proven communication skills
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Social media skills are a plus
• Interest in jewelry and fashion is a plus
• Organized and detail oriented
• Effective writing skills to compose and issue emails and correspondence
• Experience working in a deadline driven work environment
• Collaborative

SALARY INFORMATION: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
