Outside Sales Account Executive | Denver, CO

We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset, someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment. This is a territory-based role (New York City) focused on building a book of business from the ground up within the SMB market. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively prospect SMBs through cold calls, in-person visits, and local networking. Lead consultative meetings with business owners and decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships. Attend local trade associations and networking events. Keep pipeline activity and forecasts up to date in a CRM (HubSpot). Collaborate internally to deliver qualified talent solutions to clients. Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Experience building a book of business and managing a territory. Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings. Strong pipeline and CRM management skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Exposure to construction, home services, or professional services. Compensation Base salary starting at $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience). Uncapped commission structure.
