The company provides custom signs, banners, graphics, vehicle graphics, displays, digital solutions, graphic design, and installation services to help businesses promote their brands and connect with customers. 

About the Sales & Business Development Representative Position 

FASTSIGNS of Findlay is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and generating new business. This is a hunter-style sales position focused on prospecting, developing a book of business, and creating long-term customer relationships. 

The ideal Sales & Business Development Representative is confident, competitive, personable, persistent, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners and decision-makers. 

Responsibilities of the Sales & Business Development Representative:

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and community events
• Manage the existing book of business to create repeat business and referrals
• Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers
• Conduct discovery conversations and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare estimates, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
• Follow up consistently and close new business
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities in the company's contact management system
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles is a plus. Demonstrated success in a performance-driven environment may be considered in place of traditional sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18-22/hour base pay (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission
• Two weeks vacation/PTO after 90 days
