Regal Staffing Services is hiring Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in the Arlington area. These are immediate openings for reliable, detail-oriented candidates looking for steady work and growth opportunities.

Available Shifts & Pay

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $16.80/hr

Key Responsibilities

Follow written and verbal work instructions to complete electronic assemblies.
Use materials and equipment provided by Process Engineering to perform job duties safely and efficiently.
Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions immediately to a supervisor.
Perform required preventive maintenance and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet established quality standards and production goals.
Accurately record production data, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Job Requirements

Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Basic computer skills (mouse, keyboard, screen navigation).
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
1–3 years of experience in electronics assembly preferred.
Manual dexterity to use hands and tools effectively.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment
