Project Manager

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects for an organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined quality standards.

Education/Experience:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in either project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field business or management is required for the Project Manager role and/ or 5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valuable experience for a candidate includes work in the field or industry the project is in as well as management experience. Although management experience in the Aerospace field is ideal, a combination of experience in the industry and management experience in another area may be acceptable.
• Relevant certifications are helpful but not necessary - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), Program Management Professional (PgMP)
