Now Hiring: Experienced Carpenters & Carpenter Assistants

Competitive Pay | 6-Month Assignment | Potential for Permanent Hire

We are currently recruiting experienced carpenters and carpenter assistants to join our team for a 6-month assignment, with the potential opportunity for permanent employment with the company based on performance, attendance, skill level, and business needs.

We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism on the job.

Experienced Carpenter — $27.00/Hour

Qualified candidates should have demonstrated experience in Commercial Carpentry , construction, and framing. Candidates with strong rough framing and wood framing experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional carpentry experience required
• Experience with rough framing and wood framing
• Experience working with wood studs and/or metal studs is a plus
• Strong understanding of carpentry tools, materials, measurements, and construction practices
• Ability to follow plans, specifications, and job-site instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Professional references required
• Trade certifications are a plus
• Must successfully complete required background screening and urine drug screening

Carpenter Assistant — $22.00/Hour

This position is ideal for individuals with construction or carpentry experience who are looking to develop their skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred
• Experience assisting with rough framing or wood framing is a plus
• Familiarity with wood studs and/or metal studs is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Professional references preferred
• Trade certifications are a plus
• Must successfully complete required background screening and urine drug screening

Assignment & Employment Opportunity

• Experienced Carpenter: $27.00/hour
• Carpenter Assistant: $22.00/hour
• Initial Assignment: 6 months
• Potential Permanent Employment: Qualified employees may have the opportunity to transition to permanent employment with the company
• Screening: Background check and urine drug screening required
• References: Required for experienced carpenter applicants
• Certifications: Relevant trade certifications are a plus
