Job Description
Job Title: Senior Principal Snowflake Data Engineer
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Relocation: Near-by states only
Interview: Video
Experience: 10 years required (not less than 10)
Duration: 12 Months
Visa: Recommended H1B, H4EAD, USC ||
Mandate:- Healthcare Domain
Requested Qualifications
-
10+ years of total experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Data Architecture.
-
4+ years of direct, hands-on experience in Snowflake (Snowpark, Streams & Tasks, Zero-Copy Clone, Time Travel, Dynamic Tables, Data Sharing).
-
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (or Scala/Java) for complex data processing.

Hands-on expertise with dbt (data build tool) for transformations and Apache Airflow for orchestration.

Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms ( AWS S3/Glue/Lambda, Azure Data Factory/ADLS, or GCP ).

Proven track record in designing Enterprise Data Warehouses (Kimball/Inmon methodologies, Data Vault 2.0).

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for data platform deployment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

SnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced Architect / Data Engineer .

Experience with Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Snowflake Snowpipe Streaming.

Prior experience in Healthcare industries
