About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Market Access, a pivotal leadership role focused on revenue generation and client delivery in the market access consulting space. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, client-facing expert with over 10 years' experience in market access consulting or commercialization strategy, particularly in the areas of reimbursement, CMS dynamics, and physician-administered therapies. Responsibilities include driving business growth through new client development, leading high-value consulting engagements, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in the life sciences industry. The role also involves mentoring and developing a high-performing consulting team and is ideal for individuals with a proven ability to generate revenue and deliver strategic client solutions. This position is well-suited for an established market access consultant who is passionate about working with a high-impact, winning team and representing their work to biopharmaceutical leaders. The role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of science, strategy, and access, particularly in the context of cutting-edge therapies across oncology, rare diseases, and advanced modalities. The ideal candidate will be adept at solving complex challenges related to pricing, access strategy, and commercialization, with the ultimate goal of helping to bring innovative therapies to patients more quickly.
