About the Position The Vice President of Sales will lead all national business development and revenue-generating activities across the organization. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding customer relationships, and building a scalable, high-performing commercial organization. This is a highly visible executive leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and hands-on market engagement. The VP of Sales will work closely with operations, estimating, project management, and executive leadership to align growth initiatives with operational execution and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is an influential industry leader with deep experience in specialty construction, waterproofing, restoration, building envelope systems, or related commercial construction markets. This person must possess strong business acumen, an established industry network, and a proven ability to drive profitable growth through both relationship development and strategic market expansion.
