About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to serve as the strategic and operational leader for its Community Association Management offices in North Carolina and South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of service delivery across multiple locations, fostering alignment among distributed teams, and partnering with the VP of Sales to meet operational readiness and growth goals. This role demands a strong, strategic operator with a proven track record in operational strategy, process improvement, and team development. The VP of Operations will be a core member of the executive leadership team, leading and coaching department heads, and overseeing cross-office operations to build a culture of accountability, clarity, and collaboration. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include serving as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, contributing to company-wide initiatives, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire confidence and foster accountability at all levels. Experience in the Community Association Management industry and relevant certifications are a plus. The role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with a natural curiosity, who is comfortable leading in a high-performance, direct-feedback culture that values results and integrity.
