Responsibilities Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Compensation $45,000 - $75,000 per year at plan earnings #J-18808-Ljbffr Farmers Insurance 1475
