Kaizen & Process Improvement Specialist

Contec is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead and support improvement initiatives across safety, product quality, and operations. You will analyze data, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate Kaizen events to educate associates on lean concepts and reduce waste. The role involves hands-on training, cross-functional problem solving, and development or revision of procedures, with exposure to ISO 9001 standards.
