About the Position

Job Title: RRT Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care NICU RRT hospital experience License: RRT Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: Candidates must have Level III NICU experience. Candidates must have pediatric experience. Description: This position is for a Travel RRT in the NICU. The role involves providing respiratory care for neonates. Key responsibilities include airway management and ventilator management. Emergency department support is also part of the duties. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and prioritize patient care. Experience with specific equipment such as G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, V60/V30 is preferred. Familiarity with an electronic medical record system is beneficial. A background in critical care and PICU is preferred. The unit promotes a collaborative environment for staff and providers.
