Shift:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:  

• Maintain accurate order of charts 

• Maintain HIPAA requirements regarding records 

• Prepare closed records, file current records, and maintain thin charts 

• Coordinate supply orders with nursing and staff 

• Inspect and manage supply deliveries 

• Maintain accurate supply data in software 

• Distribute supplies efficiently 

• Record chargeable supply usage 

• Adhere to infection control procedures

Requirements:  

• Possess working knowledge of medical terminology 

• Must be accurate and detail-oriented 

• Ability to work independently 

• CNA experience preferred (not required) 

• Familiarity with nursing home procedures 

• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with residents and staff
