RN - Open to Entry Level
Join a dynamic medical practice as a Registered Nurse specializing in Allergy care. This contract position is located in Astoria, NY and involves working with patients of all ages. The role offers a supportive environment focused on professional growth and teamwork. Candidates must be flexible with hours and have experience with electronic medical records.
Position Type: Contract - Mon: 09:00am-05:30pm, Tue: 09:00am-06:00pm, Wed: 09:00am-05:30pm, Thu: 09:00am-06:30pm, Fri: 09:00am-04:00pm & Sat: (When Physician has Hours): 08:00am-12:00pm
Compensation: Pay Range: $40.00-$42.68 Per HR
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York
- BLS/CPR certification
- Flexibility to cover other departments and offices as needed
- Strong computer skills with electronic medical records experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- Experience in administering medications and basic patient care
- Ability to prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Experience in scheduling follow-up appointments
- Effective communication of delays when necessary
- Competency in collecting and processing specimens
