Cost Accountant/Financial Analyst

Geartec Inc, a precision manufacturer of large custom industrial gears, seeks a Cost Accountant/Financial Analyst to support our growing manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will own product costing, standard cost maintenance, and variance analysis, helping drive profitability and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with production, engineering, and leadership to analyze inventory, margins, and KPIs, support pricing and quoting, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
