Skillforce Hiring Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics
Skillforce is hiring experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial projects in the Annapolis, Annapolis Junction and Baltimore areas. This is full-time, long term work, with overtime potential.
Location: Annapolis, Annapolis Junction and Baltimore, MD Pay: Up to $34/hr (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal using hand and power tools
- Ensure systems are aligned, sealed, and meet quality standards
- Follow all job site safety protocols
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
- Proficient in HVAC duct fabrication and installation
- Able to read blueprints and follow detailed plans
- Own hand tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
