Director of Product Strategy

Leading the product strategy practice remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Product Strategy will manage a team focused on identifying inefficiencies in the field, prototyping solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive innovation in applied AI and technology. Key Responsibilities Oversee team leadership, capacity management, and cross-functional partnerships to enhance product strategy and prototype development Conduct enterprise and product discovery, managing project deep dives and maintaining a field use-case library to inform product development Direct applied AI prototyping efforts, ensuring hands-on technical involvement and guiding developers in creating effective automation solutions Required Qualifications 15+ years in product strategy, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in a technology- or business-related field; advanced degree preferred Hands-on experience with applied AI platforms and tools, including enterprise LLMs and automation technologies Proven ability to manage a backlog and team capacity using Jira and Jira Product Discovery Strong business architecture skills, including experience with service blueprints and value stream mapping
