The role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns designed to meet the organizational goals and objectives, and promote advocacy of the Credit Union brand.What you'll doWork in a collaborative environment to develop year-long marketing strategies that support the business goalsResponsible for developing a partnership with product owners to cultivate promotional offers, along with positioning content for products and services offered by the Credit UnionWork with compliance and advertising agency to develop campaign disclosures and deliverablesCoordinate multi-channel marketing and advertising projects, and develop timelines to successfully implement campaigns on-timeUtilize performance results of various campaign strategies in order to provide solutions for retaining and enhancing existing portfolios and attract new businessManage automated campaign programsPerform other duties as assignedThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience​High school diploma or GEDMinimum two years of work experience relevant to the nature of the described job dutiesPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience​Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related area, or equivalent work experience Skills, Licenses & CertificationsAbove average proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the softwareWorking knowledge of Adobe suite products, including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat DCExperience in the financial industry is helpfulStrong project management experienceKnowledge of the principles and practices of effective marketingAbility to demonstrate above average organizational, oral and written communications skillsAbility to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and capacity for strong attention to detailAbility to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability for functional obligations, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to a changing environmentAbility to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a teamAbility to build and maintain positive business relationships across multiple departments and levels of leadersAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-managedAbility to adjust work schedule and work additional hours as necessary to support operational needsAbility to maintain satisfactory performance and attendanceAbility to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checksWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
