Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
We are hiring a hands-on Assembler to build industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, reading blueprints, and seeing a finished product come together.
What Youll Be Doing

• Assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Install insulation, oven linings, doors, hinges, and hardware.
• Measure and cut aluminum and other metal materials.
• Use hand and power tools throughout the assembly process.
• Work alongside welders and fabricators.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work overtime as needed based on production demands.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Experience working with metal or aluminum is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and willing to learn.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
