This individual will follow a script to communicate their purpose and the intentions of the call to collect the required data to share with the Integral dx team. This individual should have the ability to learn the product line to communicate effectively with the clients and organization the results of said calls. They will have regular communication with sales staff to relay potential leads and quoting opportunities.
