Tired of losing deals to slow turn times and thin product menus?

Compensation: $60K–$180K base salary against commission, set from your production volume history. Your commissions are paid against your salary, so you have a steady paycheck while you ramp and uncapped upside as you close. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.

Close more of what you pull in. In-house processing, underwriting and closing teams move files fast, so your real estate agents and builders keep sending you business.
Products to win more deals. Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and programs with more than 40 state housing agencies, backed by a direct seller and servicer to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.
Room to grow. A clear path from loan officer to team lead to your own branch, if that's where you want to go.
A 28-year, multi-billion-dollar lender licensed in 49 states, with strong access to capital markets and modern loan origination technology.

You're a fit if you

Are a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
Have relationships with real estate agents or builders, or you're ready to build them.
