Family Medicine Physician

Overview Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our integrated care team in Newton, KS. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you'll deliver outpatient primary care in collaboration with behavioral health providers, nurses, and care coordinators. You'll focus on whole-person, evidence-based care, without the pressures of excessive on-call duties. Supported by a strong clinical team and modern in-house resources, you'll be empowered to make a real impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community. What You'll Do Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model Use evidence-based protocols to manage acute and chronic conditions Foster long-term relationships with patients and support lifestyle changes Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities Document care using our electronic health record system Qualifications Active license in Kansas (or eligible) Commitment to providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Work at HMC?
