Your Impact

• Review orders on contract for contract compliance
• Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location
• Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract
• Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters

Here's What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• 4 years in cost estimation experience which includes cost preparation, review of architectural, mechanical, electrical components of building projects
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Estimating experience in all areas of construction

Posted salary range: minimum $85,000.00. Upper $95,000.00.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
