We’re looking for someone with: A proven background in luxury resort , island experience , or hospitality management Deep experience working with UHNW clients A calm, solution-driven mindset and hands‑on leadership style A readiness to embrace the beauty and remoteness of island life Direct of oversight of Operations Departments such as Spa, Boutique, Concierge Services and Guest Services Requirements WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Role Responsibilities To be successful in the role of Resort Manager, you bring a highly professional, welcoming personality, combined with experience leading a team in a luxury setting, including all administrative responsibilities.
