The Opportunity

Global Transaction Services is the heartbeat behind commercial banking relationships. Every payment processed, every treasury solution delivered, and every liquidity strategy implemented creates lasting value for clients.

As the SVP, Head of U.S. GTS , you'll own the vision and execution of a national transaction banking strategy while partnering closely with Commercial Banking, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Executive Leadership.

You'll lead large-scale initiatives, champion digital transformation, expand market presence, and develop innovative treasury solutions that help businesses thrive in an increasingly connected financial world.

This role offers both strategic influence and operational ownership. You'll guide high-performing teams, cultivate client relationships, and drive measurable growth while helping define what's next for one of the bank's fastest-growing business lines.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the U.S. Global Transaction Services division.
• Drive growth across Treasury Management, Commercial Payments, Liquidity Management, Cash Management, and Trade Services.
• Lead and inspire national teams focused on sales, product management, implementation, client service, and operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and long-term business strategies.
• Expand treasury and payment capabilities through innovative technology and digital banking solutions.
• Build scalable processes that improve client experience while increasing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and generate new business.
• Analyze industry trends and position the bank as a market leader in transaction banking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management practices throughout the organization.
• Manage budgets, profitability, strategic investments, and overall business performance.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
• Mentor senior leaders while developing the next generation of banking talent.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial banking or transaction banking.
• Extensive expertise in Treasury Management, Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity Solutions, and Commercial Banking products.
• Demonstrated success leading large, geographically diverse teams.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience driving digital transformation and product innovation.
• Proven ability to grow revenue while maintaining operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of regulatory expectations, risk management, and banking compliance.
• Strategic mindset balanced with the ability to execute effectively.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
