Practice Manager

Job Details Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80920 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 Overview Golden State Dermatology is seeking an experienced medical practice manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for two active dermatology offices in Colorado Springs. The role requires administrative, financial, and supervisory responsibilities, with a focus on quality care, customer service, and profitability. Responsibilities Provide support and ensure high‑quality operations for a larger office with several medical providers and a single‑provider office. Supervise a staff of 8+ medical assistants, receptionists, and other personnel. Interact with corporate staff on financial, operational, and practice‑management matters. Implement programs to enhance medical quality, customer service, and clinic profitability. Demonstrate commitment to high‑quality care, efficient service delivery, and staff training and team building. Qualifications Prior experience in medical‑surgical office operations, preferably in a management role; dermatology and cosmetic services experience preferred. Strong quantitative skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and metric‑based decision making. Experience with electronic practice‑management and medical records systems; eClinicalWorks and Modernizing Medicine experience a plus. Multi‑facility management experience. College degree preferred.
