This is medicine as it should be: meaningful, unhurried, and deeply human. 10-20 Patients Seen at a Time Only 2 Call Days per Month $5,000 Annual CME Allowance About The Role Community-based physician rounding in subacute skilled nursing facilities Flexible scheduling – you control your day Low census: 10-20 participants seen once weekly Lead clinical oversight and quality for provider services Collaborate with an experienced, supportive interdisciplinary team Serve as a physician leader and mentor to NPs and other providers Champion person-centered care for frail elderly participants Compensation & Benefits Competitive physician salary commensurate with experience $5,000 annual CME allowance Only 2 call days per month Flexible scheduling with strong work-life balance Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Qualifications MD or DO with active state medical license Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (geriatrics preferred) DEA registration and ability to maintain hospital privileges Experience in primary care with frail or elderly populations Passion for mission-driven, whole-person care #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
