Senior Product Manager, Real-Time PCR Systems

Senior Product Manager role focused on real-time PCR systems and product portfolio strategy. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional commercialization initiatives to drive revenue growth in life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market opportunities and business growth
- Lead product launches and commercialization efforts from conception through market optimization
- Partner with R&D and commercial teams to identify needs and define product requirements
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing, positioning, and portfolio decisions
- Represent customer perspectives to ensure competitive advantage and market fit
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years product management experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years
- Background in life sciences, engineering, business, or related field
- Strong product lifecycle management and new product development expertise
- Demonstrated success in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management proficiency
- Experience with regulated products or environments preferred
- Ability to travel 25-30% annually
Compensation: $155,900–$180,000 base
