Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable SpecialistSupport the finance department in processing all accounts payable related transactions. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices. This position is based in our Naples, Florida studio.What You'll DoProcess, enter + file all accounts payable (invoices, expense reports, credit cards)Process weekly check runsMaintain vendor profiles (terms, discounts, tax id, etc.)Reconcile vendor accounts monthly via statements and related transactionsIssue annual vendor 1099'sAssist office admin as neededAll other duties as assignedWhat You'll BringAssociate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience with MS Office, QuickBooks, ExcelVery strong organizational skillsStrong verbal, communicationHighly collaborativeStrong attention to detailExperience within a professional services company is preferred.CID Design Group is a 40+ year old national interior design firm located in Naples, Florida.
