Virtual Maintenance Technician

Motivated and tech-savvy, the full-time Virtual Maintenance Technician will assist residents of multifamily, single-family, and student housing remotely by providing step-by-step guidance through messaging for basic maintenance and repair needs. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to residents through clear communication and troubleshooting of maintenance issues Utilize Happy Force software to triage and respond to incoming maintenance tickets Collaborate with on-site teams to escalate issues and support maintenance resolutions Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of on-site residential maintenance experience Fluent written English language and grammar skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Docs Strong understanding of the relationship between residents, property management, and maintenance teams Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues efficiently
