Job Title: Strategic Account Manager (Staffing & Solutions)
Location: Washington DC, Seattle, San Jose (Remote Opportunities Available)
Base Salary: Up to $100,000 + commission

Job Duties for a Seller in the Staffing Industry:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and C-suite executives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and targeting potential clients in the staffing industry.
    • Develop a robust pipeline of leads, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and market research.
    • Cold calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings to generate leads and grow accounts.
  3. Consultative Sales & Needs Assessment:
    • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand their staffing requirements and workforce challenges.
    • Offer tailored staffing solutions, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements, based on client needs.
  4. Solution Presentation & Proposal Creation:
    • Present staffing solutions, including the value proposition and benefits of working with your firm, to potential clients.
    • Develop and present customized proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements that meet the client's objectives.
  5. Negotiation & Contract Management:
    • Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable terms while ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Address any concerns or objections during the sales process to ensure smooth contract closure.
  6. Collaboration with Recruiting Team:
    • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure candidates are aligned with client expectations and job requirements.
    • Provide support and guidance to the recruitment team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  7. Account Management & Retention:
    • Oversee the ongoing relationship with clients post-placement to ensure continued satisfaction and identify future staffing needs.
    • Proactively address any client issues, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention.
  8. Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
    • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM systems with accurate client information and status updates.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports on client activity, revenue, and growth potential.
  9. Industry Networking & Market Intelligence:
    • Stay up to date with staffing industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and stay connected with potential clients.
  10. Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets for new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  1. Client Satisfaction & Retention:
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction with placements and overall service.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on evolving client needs.
  1. Brand Ambassador:
  • Represent the staffing firm professionally at all times and promote the brand to potential clients through all communications and activities.
  1. Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance to leadership.
